The Future Level: A unique world
To the north of Eindhoven, between the A50 and the Sonse Heath, something beautiful is being created. A striking office and business building where the focus lies on meeting, working together and inspiring. A unique building, almost completely made of timber with a minimum ecological footprint. The building is obviously natural gas-free and energy conscious. Moreover, it is a pleasant and healthy workplace that contributes to the well-being and productivity of the people working there.
When developing The Future Level, we were not only guided by market needs or regulations in force. On the contrary, we were well aware of the impact that the new office and business building would have on our living environment and that of future generations

The centrally located living level is the heart of The Future Level. Here, users and visitors are surprised by a welcoming and inspiring working environment. This unique and dynamic level creates space for tenants to share common facilities. For example, catering and meeting facilities. Facilities that encourage meeting, creativity, movement and productivity.
Creating shared spaces will allow individual tenants to use their rented floor space more efficiently and help them to offer more and higher-quality functional uses.
