The efficiently stacked construction of The Future Level creates a unique world, which comes together in the central dynamic living level. The office spaces are situated above the living level.
The so-called labs are below the living level. These can be set up as showrooms, for research or as production facilities for finished products or semi-finished products according to the wishes of the tenant(s). The logistics halls from which products are distributed are on the ground floor, directly on the public road.

The different levels in the building are perfectly accessible via the centrally located stairwells with lifts. Their location in the building invite people to move and it will encourage people to take the stairs more often. According to the wishes of the tenant(s), it is also possible to design open spaces, creating a natural vertical connection between the different levels.

The centrally located living level is the heart of The Future Level. Here, users and visitors are surprised by a welcoming and inspiring working environment. This unique and dynamic level creates space for tenants to share common facilities. For example, catering and meeting facilities. Facilities that encourage meeting, creativity, movement and productivity.
Creating shared spaces will allow individual tenants to use their rented floor space more efficiently and help them to offer more and higher-quality functional uses.

Inside and outside connected
Adjacent to the living level, two roof terraces will be furnished to emphasise the natural character of the building. There is room for meeting and relaxation here too, while users can enjoy the green views. On this floor the roofs are green, giving you the feeling that you are working in a greenery-filled environment.
