The Future Level

Ready for the future

The Future Level is largely constructed of timber. Only the ground and first floor have a concrete construction. Timber has a positive CO₂ footprint and provides pleasant room conditions. Thanks to this material, we have managed to create great flexibility in the floor areas, allowing the user(s) to flexibly change the floor layouts according to their wishes.

Sustainable chain

Timber is an infinitely renewable resource and on top of that, it purifies the air. Moreover it sequesters CO₂ and can last for hundreds of years. For The Future Level we use sustainable European timber that is planted, managed and harvested under the FSC® label.

We industrially process the timber into modules and then put them together to make it one building. This process is completely CO₂ neutral and we make sure that no timber is wasted. Residual waste is recycled or used for biomass purposes.

Flexible and adjustable

The Future Level is smartly designed from a modular point of view. It consists of a timber column/floor system that is used in a repetitive way. Much is possible within this system. The free floor areas and the smart building engineering design, combined with a sprinkler system ensure that there is maximum flexibility and freedom. There are no structural restrictions. We can implement extra open spaces between floors, for example, to create a visual connection between various work floors.

Efficient circular use of materials

The building shell is largely the finishing touch at the same time. The building is visible in its purest form. Nothing is hidden from view. Moreover, all building components and materials are recorded in Madaster, so that they can be reused in another building or project at the end of their useful life. It is an honourable building as regards material use, sustainability and ease of use.
