Above the living level are the office floors, spread across two building sections, which are easily accessible via central stairwells. These stairwells are positioned slightly off-center within each section, allowing for maximum daylight and ventilation at the workspaces, as well as a variety of floor field dimensions. This also makes it possible to create two individual rental zones per floor, if desired.
The regular workspaces — both collective and individual — are located along the transparent façades to maximize natural daylight. At the same time, the façade design provides ample solar shading and privacy.
Activity-based work and informal meetings take place around the stairwells at so-called anchor points. The layout of the office floors offers extensive flexibility, thanks to the open floor plans and a structural grid of 7×7 meters. These floors have a clear height of 3 meters beneath the floor slab. The installations are suspended below this height and remain visible.
Niveau 6-7
Offices
The offices on the top two floors are similar to the office floors below, but they are more compact. These floors can also be freely partitioned according to the wishes of the tenant(s). The workplaces are similarly located on the façades to ensure daylight, privacy and quietness. And around the stairwell there is room for people who arrive and to have informal consultations.
